Breathe

Really busy, from Sunday till today.

Sunday, 19 February 2006
I did something meaningful. It was a visit to Pertapis Children's Home for face painting. My father dropped me there, it was basically a Malay orphanage I think. Madeline arrived early as well so we went to the supermarket to buy some sweets for the children there. Yeah, we introduced ourselves to the children and very soon started face painting. I didn't go for the training sessions earlier in January so me and Madeline tried on each other. My supposed spider web looked horrible. Who cares, I started painting on a 14-year-old girl's hand. She wanted this flower, which was rather easy to paint. And the flower was the only thing I painted for whole two hours.

All the other time I was trying to skive among the Art girls who were painting so conscientiously. The visit was generally okay, the girls began to take the brushes and paint on one another as if the paint was some cosmetics. Took pictures of some of the girls but I can't post them to protect their identity.
After face painting I went for tuition, showed my 7/30 quiz to Fong. He went, "Wow, so good.". No picnic that day, sadly.
My parents fetched me to Creative Customer Service Centre to repair my ZEN Neeon. They said they do not repair their goods, they give you a new one. So I got the one with the red backplate. I wanted lime green but it was sold out. And my mother bought me a set of red speakers to connect to the MP3 player.

We got a mouse as well, NDP special- with stars and moon on it, looked disgusting. It was selling at a cheaper price than the mouses without the designs 'cause nobody wanted to buy them. Being patriotic (and cheapskates at the same time), my mother and I bought it, red and white.

Madeline, Beatrice and I were told to stay back to do the backdrop but apparently we couldn't find the banner so we went home. I wasted more than an hour of my life that day, thanks to you.
Reached home at almost 7PM, skipped dinner.

Art club after school, Orientation Part II. Whole lot of mess but so much more fun playing something like Project Runway rather than something like last year's retarded orientation. I wasn't active when my group was making the costumes, tired. We're starting sculpturing next week. Dismissed at 6.30PM, reached home at 8PM, skipped dinner.

Helped out at Swim Heats, so darn hot. I stole a bottle of water.
S. Rajaratnam passed away. I didn't know him till he died, and I don't even know if I spelled his name the right way. But anyway I respect him.

Had assembly today, the flags were rasied and then lowered till somewhere in the middle, one minute of silence observed for S. Rajaratnam.
Chen didn't come, had two free blocks. Spent the first free block talking crap with my group and the second one doing Chinese. Acted like tootsies with Ying Xuan, Elyssa and Ashley during P.E., buttoned our shirts nicely and walked like ducks/ chickens for half a round on the track.
After school stayed back with Madeline and Beatrice to continue the banner, stayed all the way till 7.30PM, Leong refused to let us go. So far I've contributed more than 11 hours to this damn Founders' Day, I better get those freakin' CIP hours.

Loser, shit you.
They don't sound good.
And fuckin' don't use them on me.
